Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.

Eligible for Return

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing accessories or components
  • Product not as described

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products used or installed
  • Damaged packaging or missing accessories
  • Products without original invoice
  • Products beyond 7-day return period

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will arrange pickup (free for eligible returns)
  4. Product will be inspected upon receipt
  5. Refund processed within 7-10 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (bank details required).

Warranty

All Falcon products come with a manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the product documentation for specific warranty terms and conditions.
